1 | Pre-Purchase Confirmation
Second-hand items come in varying conditions. Please carefully check the photos, dimensions, accessories, and any disclosed signs of wear and tear before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us in advance.
2 | Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations due to a change of mind or other personal reasons will not be accepted.
3 | Deposits
The deposit will be fully deducted from the total purchase price upon completion of the transaction. If an order is canceled for personal reasons, the deposit is generally non-refundable.
4 | Defective Products & Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold in our store are guaranteed to be authentic. To protect your consumer rights, please inspect the goods as soon as possible upon receipt. For in-store purchases or self-pickups, please inspect the item before leaving the store.
In the event of an incorrect item, a major discrepancy from the description, or an undisclosed major defect, we offer a buy-back of the item at 50% of the purchase price within 5 days of purchase, provided you retain the original store receipt. The returned item and its accessories must be in the exact same condition as when purchased.
5 | Refund Arrangements
Once a refund is confirmed, it will be initiated within 7–14 working days, generally returning to the original payment method. The actual processing time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
