Transaction Terms
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms.
• Order Confirmation & Cancellation Policy:In general, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or returns.
• Order Placement & Deposit Deadline:After placing an order, please complete the deposit payment within 1 hour or contact us via WhatsApp for inquiries. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
• Maximum Delivery Period:The maximum delivery period is 1 week. If the order is not collected or delivered within this period, the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
• Shipping / Mailing Risk:If mailing/shipping is selected, all risks (including loss, damage, or delay) during transit are borne by the customer.
• Quality Issues & Returns/Exchanges:If the received item has quality issues, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:a) There is a clear discrepancy between the received item and the detailed photos shown on the website;b) There is a noticeable color difference between the received item and the photos displayed on the website.Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the delivery period expires. For mailed/shipped orders, customers must contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
• Non-Acceptance of Returns for Personal Reasons:We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or changes of mind. Please review carefully before ordering.
