International Shipping & Delivery Terms
• Availability: We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide (excluding restricted or sanctioned destinations). Please inquire via WhatsApp for confirmation on your specific country before placing an order.
• Shipping Method & Carriers: Orders are shipped via trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent, depending on destination and item value for optimal security and tracking.
• Shipping Costs: International shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and courier rates. A quote will be provided with pictures upon inquiry. Fees are quoted in HKD or your preferred currency and must be confirmed before proceeding.
• Deposit & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure the order and initiate processing/shipping. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
• Processing & Delivery Time:
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment (or deposit + balance confirmation).
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days from dispatch (depending on destination and customs clearance). Times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient and are not included in our shipping quote or product price. We are not liable for delays, additional charges, or seizure due to customs issues.
• Customs Declaration: We declare the accurate value and description of goods (e.g., “pre-owned luxury handbag” or “leather accessory”) on commercial invoices and customs forms as required by international regulations. Under-declaring value is not permitted and may result in package rejection or penalties.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.
• Risk of Loss/Damage: Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items (available at checkout or upon request). We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft after dispatch.
• Restricted Items & Countries: We do not ship to P.O. boxes in most cases or to countries under international sanctions. Certain destinations may have restrictions on luxury/pre-owned goods—please check with us in advance.
• Refunds & Cancellations for International Orders: Deposits are non-refundable once processing begins. Cancellations after dispatch are not accepted. Returns (if applicable) are subject to our standard return policy; international return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Force Majeure & Delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs delays, adverse weather, carrier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen events. We will communicate updates via WhatsApp where possible.
• Final Interpretation: In case of any disputes regarding international shipping, Belluxe reserves the final right of interpretation.
