1. Belluxe Store Limited reserves the right to decide whether to accept items for consignment or return.

2. Acceptance of consignment items by Belluxe Store Limited does not guarantee that the items will be successfully sold.

3. If the consignor wishes to retrieve the items within one month of consignment, a handling fee of 5% of the consignment price must be paid. If the consigned items have been ordered, the consignor cannot retrieve them.

4. If the consignor requests to retrieve the items and Belluxe Store Limited is still unable to return them within 30 days of the request, the transaction will be completed as if the items were sold. The consignor agrees not to demand additional compensation from Belluxe Store Limited based on the rarity, uniqueness, commemorative value, potential for appreciation, sentimental value, or any other reason.

5. Belluxe Store Limited may return the items to the consignor without reason. If the consignor does not retrieve the items within 30 days of receiving the return notice, Belluxe Store Limited may handle the items in any way (including disposal). In this case, Belluxe Store Limited is not obligated to explain the final disposition of the items and may retain any related benefits.

6. The consignor must verify the items in person when retrieving consigned goods; complaints made afterward will not be accepted.

7. Belluxe Store Limited is not responsible for any loss incurred by the consignor’s consigned items due to force majeure (e.g., war, civil unrest, natural disasters, etc.).

8. The consignor acknowledges and agrees that the maximum storage period for consigned items is three years. If the consignor does not retrieve the items within 30 days of receiving the return notice, Belluxe Store Limited may handle the items in any way (including disposal). In this situation, Belluxe Store Limited is not required to explain the final disposition of the items and may retain any related benefits.

9. Belluxe Store Limited has the right to amend the "Consignment Terms" without prior notice. The latest version will be specified on the website. If the consignor continues to provide items for consignment after the terms have been amended, it is deemed that they agree to and accept the revised terms.

10. In case of any disputes, Belluxe Store Limited has the final interpretation of the "Consignment Terms" and reserves all rights.

11. If consigned items are identified as replicas/counterfeit/infringing products, Belluxe Store Limited reserves the right to refer the matter to customs, and the consignor will be required to pay the appraisal fee of HK$680 (for non-Hermès items) or HK$980 (for Hermès items).
